The day you take your true love's hand in yours and vow to be together for the rest of your days should be the most intimate moment of your life. I want to approach your day a little more unconventionally than most. I want to document everything from the smallest moments, like the brush of hands or a loving glance, to the most exciting moments of breaking it down on the dance floor. I want you to be able to plan your wedding day, knowing fully in your heart that the day is for both of you and no one else. I want you to look at your images and see the moments that no one will ever forget and the small intimate moments that others might have missed.
No one wants awkward smiles and forced hugs and kisses. I’m here for the authentic beauty you share, whatever that looks like to you. Your love is different from anyone else's and should be treated as such. Your laughs, inside jokes, things you bond over, and the connection you share are completely unique to you. That’s what I’m here to capture.
I grew up watching the old Hollywood classics, which influenced my photography. I love the feel of an old Hollywood romance, the sweet words and subtle (but sexy) gestures. There's such an intimate elegance, and ooh, it's steamy, but in a 1930s way. I'm here for it. These are the moments I look for and document—the vulnerability and connection between two people. When two people are completely themselves, together.
I’m Nina! I was born in Denver but have lived in Tulsa my whole life! I have one sister, one dog, and one cat. The dog is my favorite (JK JK).
Jesus Christ is my Savior, and I center my life around Him!! He saved me and is my everything. I’m also a huge animal lover, especially dogs! I have a little fluffy mutt that I adore and will probably show you pictures like a crazy dog mum. I also love a good book—you can usually find me tucked away with my nose in a book. Whether I'm photographing, writing, or reading, I'm a sucker for a good story.
I graduated with a degree in Convergence Journalism from Oral Roberts University. Storytelling has always been an important part of my life, whether through writing or photography. I love transforming moments in time into pieces of art through storytelling and photography, which is one of the reasons why I love photographing weddings!
I love making people laugh and will always try to find a way to get a giggle out of you.. Here's a joke: Why didn't the skeleton cross the road? Because he didn't have the guts ;)
